Please Help!

I have recently installed some Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Tiles (http://www.g682.net) on my kitchen Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) and (http://maplered.com) the they still look wet.  And much worse they are splotchy (some areas are dry, but mostly wet).  I used a premix thin set, North American Adhesives - NA 2100 (Further research suggests, BIG MISTAKE!)  It has been 48 hours and (http://maplered.com) the Stone (http://g603.net) s do not look any lighter.  The Granite is Colorado Gold. What can I do? Will they dry out, or am I screwed?
